Terms & Conditions

These terms govern submission of a service provider interest/application form on Uttam Appa, managed by Pratha Aggregators Services Pvt Ltd.

1. Registration

The information submitted must be accurate, complete and current. Submission of the form expresses interest and does not by itself guarantee onboarding, listing, customer allocation or business volume.

2. Verification

Mobile number verification through OTP may be used to validate the contact details. Uttam Appa may contact the applicant for verification, documentation and onboarding requirements.

3. Business Information

Service providers are responsible for the accuracy of business, service, location, GST and Udyam information provided.

4. Communication Consent

By checking the consent box, the applicant agrees to receive relevant calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages from the official Uttam Appa team concerning onboarding, service opportunities and related updates.

5. Onboarding

Uttam Appa may accept, defer or decline an application based on operational requirements, service coverage, verification and applicable policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

False information, impersonation, misuse of customer data, fraudulent activity or unlawful conduct may result in rejection or removal from the platform.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the registration facility after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
