1. Information We Collect

We may collect name, mobile number, email address, business details, selected services, location, pin code, team size, Udyam/GST availability, consent and onboarding remarks.

2. Purpose of Collection

The information is used to review service provider interest, verify mobile numbers, communicate with applicants, evaluate onboarding and manage service-provider relationships.

3. OTP

OTP is used only for mobile verification and is intended to remain confidential. OTPs are time-limited and should not be shared with anyone.

4. Communication

If consent is provided, we may contact the applicant by call, SMS or WhatsApp for official Uttam Appa-related communication.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Sharing

Information may be accessed by authorized personnel and service providers supporting platform operations where reasonably necessary for onboarding and communication, subject to applicable law.

7. Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably required for onboarding, records, compliance, dispute resolution and legitimate business purposes.
